Why 5 Minutes Matters
Did you know that 5 minutes is merely 0.3% of your day?
That’s a minuscule fraction, yet it holds quite a bit more power than you may expect.
In those 5 minutes, I step away from my computer, put my phone on silent, and just be. Whether it’s sipping a cup of tea, meditating, stretching, or simply sitting quietly, this brief pause has become my daily reset button.
Lately, it’s been a quick jaunt around the block with the dog. 🐶
Some may think it’s a waste of time or that I should be working instead. But I’ve learned that quite the opposite is true.
