It’s no secret that entrepreneurs are busy people.

We’re always hustling, grinding, and working hard to make our businesses successful. But just because we’re busy doesn’t mean we can’t take a break from time to time.

In fact, taking a break is essential for our mental and physical health. Burnout is quickly becoming a real problem for entrepreneurs, and we need to be proactive about avoiding it.

So how can you take a break from your busy entrepreneurial life and actually relax? Here are 4 power moves that will help you do just that:

1. Unplug from work

This one is easier said than done.

I get it — as a business owner, I often have to field calls, answer emails, and stay on top of work even when I’m not in “work mode.”

But if you want to truly relax and take a break from work, you need to unplug.

For me, unplugging means no work calls, no work emails, and no work thoughts after a specific time each day. I usually set a cutoff time of 6 pm on Friday so that I can enjoy my evening and weekend without thinking…
